MUFFIN LAGI.....

blueberry muffins
Lembut dan gebu
Tak jemu-jemu ngan muffin. Sebenarnya petang semalam saya sempat buat blueberry muffin untuk bekalkan pada emak,ayah dan adik lelaki sekeluarga yang bertolak ke UUM di Sintuk Kedah awal pagi tadi. Majlis konvokesyen untuk masternya itu esok. Dapatlah dia orang buat makan-makan dalam perjalanan nanti. Resepinya saya cilok dari kak rinn. Kak rinn buat orange marmalade muffin tapi saya buat blueberry muffins. Thanks kak Rinn for the nice recipe. Satu adunan tu saya dapat 35 biji muffin. Resepinya saya copy paste aje ya.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Sumber: Rinnchan

Ingredients :
280gm butter
240gm caster sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspn vanilla essence
250ml fresh milk
400gm all-purpose flour
4 teaspn baking powder
( If using self raising flour, then omit the baking powder)

Method:
1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
2. Add in egg one at a time and continue beating.
3. Add in vanilla essence and milk.
4. Sift flour and baking powder. Fold in into butter mixture little by little
using spatula. Do not overmix.
5. Spoon batter into papercups half full. Then put half spoon of jam. Cover again with
batter until almost full. Add a little more jam on top. (saya gunakan blueberry filling)
6. Bake at 180 deg cel. for about 20 minutes.
